App will give health plan members better access to their account and benefits

today announced the launch of a new app that will make it even easier for health plan members in the
OTC Network® to take advantage of their benefits and engage with their plan.
The OTC Network Mobile App gives health plan members instant access to their account, 24 hours a day,
seven days a week. While using the app, members will be able to check their OTC Network card balance,
find participating retailers and discover item eligibility with the scan of a product barcode. This
functionality creates a better shopping experience for consumers and retailers and gives health plans a
new way to connect with members. InComm provides a series of APIs that allow health plans to
customize their existing mobile apps with the OTC Network Mobile app functionality. The app was
designed with member convenience at its core.
