ETA and NACHA Sign Letter Expressing Concerns with New Mexico H.B. 347

Dear President Papen,

The Electronic Transactions Association and NACHA are writing to express our concerns with H.B. 347, The Installment Loan Fee Limits and Literacy Fund Act. Our concerns are centered on section 1 and section 5 contained in H.B. 347.
