About 50 percent of Americans use a mobile device for shopping, according to a new study by Arc Worldwide, Leo Burnett’s marketing services arm. About 11 percent of mobile shoppers are heavy users. Most of the rest would prefer to be using their PCs, but check for store hours and locations, for example.
