AT&T is allowing all iPhone customers whose contracts expire in 2010 to upgrade to an iPhone 4 without the early termination fee.
The deal does not hold for any users with contracts expiring in 2011, though.
Pricing for the new version is the same the same as it was for the 3GS on a contract: $199 or $299.
